Enunciations

This page is an experiment in connective tissue. An ongoing, regularly-updated log of photographs in 35mm film. Many of the images are links to other sites in hyperspace, to ideas and texts and songs and localities directly or tangentially connected to the images themselves. I’m trying, through this experiment, to enunciate something about my eye and how a sign communicates with another sign, how linearity can be broken, reversed, wound through a reference point calling to it from another locality. I’m thinking, in this work, of a scroll, of quantum nonlocality and entanglement, of organic film turned digital in a scan, of the archive and the archaic in tune.
